In preparation for their CES show space, our client asked Knack to create a concept vision for their fuselage exhibit. This demo fuselage was a stage to show off the client's integrated technological innovations.

Challenge

The exhibit was to create the context of an airplane fuselage in order to showcase our client's featured technologies.

Our client wanted the fuselage's design to allow attendees to experience the featured technologies from both afar while walking by the exhibit, and from up close, while sitting within the exhibit.

They asked that the styling of the exhibit feel fresh and unique, while the design allow for a practical build and assembly.

Lastly, we needed to communicate the final design vision back to our client's team for them to execute and build it in time for the show.
Approach

A lot of great design work was already done by the client to make their booth sing. Knack studied and created a palette of colors and materials we could incorporate to ensure our fuselage design aligned with our client's existing work.
Process

With the end goal of delivering one fuselage exhibit concept, we started by building an understanding of our client's brand and aspirations in order to generate a wide range of initial concepts.
We shared our exploration and initial concepts with our client in order to gather their feedback and select one final concept direction.
Outcome

We then implemented our client's input to develop and refine the final concept vision.

Imperative to this particular project was that our concept visions needed to be used as a guide for our client's build team to work from. So, we detailed the final concept vision with all of the views and specs needed for the team to replicate this design in real life.
Result

CES was a huge success for our client. Their fuselage exhibit came to life and our fuselage design drew crowds of attendees in to experience our client's technological innovations.
